Sample roast approximately 250g of each incoming variety or lot |

Cupping or taste testing – our skilled cuppers have the ability to ensure complete and total consistency of our coffees from origin. This process ensures a perfect cup of coffee each and every time. |
Specialized Agtron Roast Analyser :
Our facility is also equipped with an Agtron Roast analyzer. This is a very specialized and precise piece of equipment that ensures roasting accuracy batch after batch.
