Our Roasting facility is fully modernized, while at the same time, very traditional. We’ve combined today’s new roasting technologies with time-tested roasting methods.

  We use the renowned Jabez Burns roasters in our facility.  These are batch roasters, typically roasting 500 LBS of coffee at a time and are also capable of attaining a high amount of heat very quickly.  Our Burns Roasters have been meticulously engineered, specifically for the coffee industry.

Our facility is also equipped with a state of the art green bean sorting and cleaning system.  This ensures that only the best and most perfect beans make their way into the roaster.

Each batch of coffee is carefully roasted by recipe to achieve a specific roast profile.  While many of our roasting parameters are electronically controlled,  it is the skill and craftsmanship  of our Roasting Team that guarantees the perfect roast every time.

Java Works Coffee has the capability to package coffee in many different formats.  For example, our high-speed ground coffee packaging stations are equipped to package coffee from the smallest fractional pack of 1.5 oz all the way up to 16 oz.

Our whole bean coffees are available in 1, 2 and 5 LB Formats. 

In addition, we provide custom or private label packaging.  Our sales and marketing team has the expertise to assist you in developing your very own custom coffee program.
